Christophe Louvion

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Christophe Louvion works closely with the M-GO executive team to oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the organization.

In his previous role as CTO, Christophe was responsible for articulating the company’s holistic product and technology strategy, including platform and application development, deployment and user experience. With proven expertise building software services companies, he has driven rapid business growth for big-name data, media, e-commerce, and content companies.

As CTO and Head of Core Products for CityGrid, an IAC company, he was responsible for building global-scale platforms that enabled content and advertising to reach more than 140 million users. His work helped grow search and data capabilities for the well-known UrbanSpoon, CitySearch, and InsiderPages platforms.

Christophe led product development, life cycle, and sales operations as CTO of Gorilla Media. He drove lean and agile performance improvement initiatives that helped scale the company’s services to more than 600 leading web publishers and delivered integrated media and promotion to Fortune 500 companies. His tenure encompassed technical leadership for Atomic Online, Gorilla’s high-growth sister company.

As Vice President, Product Development and Engineering at Shopzilla, Christophe led R&D for consumer and B2B web sites, SEM systems, and the Bizrate research platform. He spearheaded the company’s transition to agile development and management, enabling growth from $60MM to over $200MM in three years and leading to the company’s $565MM acquisition. Early on in his career he was Architect/R&D lead for Bizrate and a Software Engineer for the US Attorney General’s Office.

Christophe holds an Anvar Award from The French Agency for Innovation for his early work for Cegelec in Paris. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Nancy I and a MS degree in Computer Science from Telecom Nancy/ESIAL. Christophe serves as an advisor and investor to several early-stage companies and is a mentor at Start Engine, supporting LA’s technology entrepreneurship. He rounds out his time as a Certified Scrum Coach.

Patrick Gildea

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Gildea is the Chief Financial Officer of M-GO where he applies his diverse financial and entrepreneurial experience to develop and steer M-GO’s business model and financial planning. Prior to this role, Patrick drove multi-billion dollar growth for publicly held enterprises and investment banks in addition to privately held venture capital and private equity backed portfolio companies. More recently, he was co-founder and CFO of, a social buying startup that facilitates online payments and prepaid purchases.

Patrick’s earlier experience includes leadership as CFO of Incentium LLC, a SaaS provider of incentive and loyalty solutions and payment products. Previously, he was Group Vice President of Corporate Development at Blackhawk Network, a subsidiary of Safeway Inc. and a leading consumer retail payments company. Patrick helped grow the global business from $1B to $4B in transaction revenue during his tenure. Prior to Blackhawk, Patrick was Vice President of Technology Investment Banking for Silicon Valley Bank.

In his first operating role, at IC Media, Patrick helped raise three rounds of venture capital and sold the business to a large international partner. Earlier experience includes leading the technology investment banking execution team at Credit Suisse First Boston in Japan, where he was responsible for closing more than $5B in M&A and financing transactions for his clients. He began his career at Arthur Andersen as both a technology consultant and financial auditor.

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from The Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and a master’s equivalent in Japanese from the School of Comparative Culture at Sophia University in Japan. Patrick is a licensed CPA (inactive) in the State of California.

Cameron Douglas

Senior Vice President of Content

Cameron Douglas is the Senior Vice President of Content for M-GO. With a background almost exclusively in entertainment and digital content marketing, he is responsible for creating and developing key relationships with content providers, while forging unmatched access to the best content, for people who love to watch their favorite TV shows and movies on M-GO.

Cameron brings 20 years of experience strategizing and monetizing content from his work with leading companies in entertainment such as DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, and Showtime/Viacom. He has always been on the leading edge of where content is headed, from traditional models such as Pay Cable, to the growth and maintenance of a thriving Home Entertainment ecosystem: VHS, DVD, Blu-ray, and now Transactional VOD. Cameron is perhaps best known for his work at retail, innovating on behalf of the studios with some of the biggest commerce companies in the world, including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Cameron earned his MBA in Marketing and General Management from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, and is also a long-standing member of Mensa.

Ginger Bushell

Vice President of Strategy and Business Development

Ginger Bushell is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for M-GO, the people-friendliest digital entertainment service. In this role, she oversees all consumer electronics and industry business partnerships, building an unparalleled entertainment service offering - now and for the future.

Ginger previously served as Chief of Staff, Global Sales for Technicolor, where she partnered with the company’s Chief Commercial Officer to manage multi-billion dollar global sales functions across all products, services, and geographies. Successes in this role included driving cohesion and accountability across operational functions, launching and sustaining channel and reseller relationships, and process improvement across diverse sales and business operational groups.

Prior experience at Technicolor includes progressive roles in Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development, in which she helped launch numerous new business initiatives, primarily focused on new technologies and digital media. Ginger joined Technicolor from Patagonia, and held prior roles at Qwest (formerly US West) and The MITRE Corp.

Ginger achieved her MBA with distinction from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania,. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Mathematics from Colby College, where she graduated Cum Laude and with Distinction.
